Volunteers Page

Let’s be frank -- without volunteers, there would be no auction. We have jobs and tasks for everyone with every kind of schedule. (Evenings/weekends, middle of the day, night-of, etc.) If you would like to volunteer for set-up (day before/morning of the auction), during the auction, or auction clean-up, you can sign up to volunteer here. If you would like to volunteer for planning or more "in advance" tasks, please email us at auctionvolunteers@alamedaschool.org. Thank YOU!

    Upcoming Meetings: All are welcome attend. Choose either morning OR evening session. (You need not do both!)
  • February 8, 2010: 9am in the Cafeteria, 7pm in the Library
  • February 9, 2010: Night-of Volunteer Training, 9am to carpool to venue, meet in the Cafeteria, or 9:15 at venue
  • February 16-19, 2010: Work Parties, 9am start (tentative), Location: TBD
  • February 17, 2010: Night-of Volunteer Training, 7pm at venue
  • Note 1: Monday, February 15 is Presidents’ Day (no school). If a work party is scheduled, it will be at a child-friendly location with child-friendly tasks available.
    Note 2: Wednesday, February 17 is a "late-start" morning. If the start is before the school day begins, children will be welcome and some child-friendly tasks will be available.
